Lamb’s lettuce is a leafy crop with dak green oval leaves that grow together in a bunch. It is a perfect crop to grow in colder seasons. The leaves are very tastefull and have a hint of nuts.

Lees aub de oogstinstructies op het veld want er zijn twee manieren om te oogsten. Ofwel je snijdt de blaadjes op 2 cm boven de grond af of je trekt het plantje als geheel voorzichtig uit de grond, let daarbij op dat je zo min mogelijk aarde meeneemt.

How to harvest?
Please read the harvest instructions on the field carefully because there are two ways to harvest. Either cut the leaves at 2 cm above soil level, so the leaves can grow further or pull out the whole plant, be careful and pay attention that you don’t take out too much soil when pulling.
