This was a magical evening! Back when we were crowdfunding for our greenhouse earlier this year, quite a few people received a harvest-to-table dinner for their generous contributions. Henriette and Natalya harvested from the garden and then cooked up a storm: courgette mini pizzas, mashed roots, red wine shallots, tarragon omelettes, a fresh salad, and pumpkin pie for dessert. We sat at a long table between the fruit trees as the sun went down. And enjoyed herbal cocktails decorated with edible flowers, and a lovely fire at the end of the evening. Thanks to everyone who was involved, we hope to do this more often!
